According to People magazine, a source close to Timbaland announced that the producer is engaged to his girlfriend, Monique Idlett and the couple’s first child was born a few days ago. Idlett, 33, gave birth to a baby girl.
Timbaland and Idlett have been dating for the last two years. The same source added, "They’re both really happy together. They’ve known each other for years."
Timbaland proposed during a party where the couple was celebrating the future baby last month. It will be the first marriage for both Timbaland and Idlett, who intend on tying the knot next summer.
