The filming for Death Race starring Statham began on September 10, and will be finished on November 4. Tom Cruise who was supposed to have the starring role in this movie, is now producing the $60 million production.
The movie is being directed by Paul S. Anderson, and it is a remake of the 1975 movie, with Sylvester Stallone in the starring role.
