Tom Petty To Release Box Set

On November 24, the band will release a box set featuring four discs of live performances.

The album, entitled The Live Anthology, consists of 48 songs recorded at concerts that took place between 1978 and 2007.

A deluxe edition will be sold exclusively at Best Buy stores.  This collection will include a fifth disc with 14 additional songs, as well as 2 supplemental DVDs.  The first features a 1978 performance in Santa Monica, while the other is a documentary called 400 Days, which was filmed during the Wildflowers tour in 1995.

The special edition also has a vinyl record, concert posters, reproductions of backstage passes, a booklet, a lithograph, and several other items.

The deluxe edition will go on sale on November 22, which is two days earlier than the standard box set.
