Here are the results and highlights:

1. Five straight wins against the last five champions for the Coyotes
The Coyotes are really having a big year.
They don’t have an easy schedule, especially recently, when they faced the last five champions in as many games.
All five were victories.
The Coyotes are on roll!

Connor Ingram, the NHL’s most recent first star of the week, was once again effective.
He allowed nothing to the Caps.

2. Jordan Binnington steals the Knights
The final duel of the evening, the one at 10pm, pitted the Blues against the Golden Knights.
A defensive game was played, so overtime was necessary to determine the winner.
Pavel Buchnevich was the hero.

Do we like it?
In short, Winnipeg won a tight game by a score of 2-1.
Kyle Connor opened the scoring. Nothing new there…

Then, the hosts scored perhaps the goal of the night.
What a passing game!
This whole @NHLJets sequence was gorgeous, but Nikolaj Ehlers’ little spinning celly was just the cherry on top. 🍒

4. A 1000th game for Victor Hedman
Last night, the Lightning hosted the Stars, who had crushed them a few days ago.
Tampa Bay got their revenge with a shutout. A 25-save shutout for Andrei Vasilevskiy.

But the hero of the game was Victor Hedman.
The Swedish giant didn’t collect a point, but he was playing his 1,000th career game.
He received a nice ceremony at the start of the game.

But the home side still won a very close game.
Quebecer Sean Couturier sealed the win in overtime.
