After being treated for nine days, Barker left the burn centre in Augusta, Georgia on Monday (September 29).
A spokesperson told People that the musician is doing well, and that he was in good physical condition to leave the hospital.
Barker, 32, was admitted to the hospital on September 20 just hours after he was involved in a Lear jet crash. The accident took the lives of four other people on board. Travis Barker and DJ AM, Adam Goldstein, were the only survivors. The two men were in critical condition upon arrival at the hospital.
