The former Blink-182 drummer declared, "[I’m] here with my babies’ mama, my wife and my kids, and I really can’t be happier."
Barker has undergone more surgeries to treat his second and third-degree burns, stemming from a plane crash he was involved in last September.
The couple reunited after Moakler learned of the accident. The former Miss USA has stayed by Barker’s side throughout the duration of his recovery.
Moakler commented on the tragic event, saying, "It has absolutely changed my life."
