Blink 182’s Travis Barker got into a scrap with paparazzi while out to breakfast with his daughter and some friends in Calabasas, California, reports Daily News.
TMZ has footage of the famous drummer and friends confronting two photographers and cameramen before hitting one of the cameras.
A cameraman says one of Barker’s crew stole his cell phone while another paparazzi claims his tires were slashed.
Police were summoned to the scene last Sunday morning (February 21). No arrests were made but a vandalism complaint was filed.
Barker talked about what went down on Twitter. He says he was only defending himself and his kid. "When I’m out at breakfast at 8 a.m. in the morning the last thing I appreciate is some photographer threatening me 2 fight while he’s 3 deep."
He goes on to say, "When I defend myself/my kids that don’t make me a tough guy. I was outnumbered and threatened so I did what any man would."
