Trent Reznor Promises New NIN Material for 2010

Now that the concerts have come to a close, Trent Reznor promises fans new material in the coming year.

The group Nine Inch Nails and its founder, Trent Reznor, ended their last concert of the year, but as far as Reznor is concerned, the band has far from seen its last curtain call.

On the band’s Internet site, Reznor recently announced that new tracks could be expected from the NIN studio team. He went on to say, “2010 has a number of things planned including new material from Nine Inch Nails and something else that isn’t Nine Inch Nails. I am in a state of rediscovery and reinvention that feels unfamiliar, unsure and exactly what I need.”

As the NIN founder mentioned in a Rolling Stone interview earlier this year, he and Gary Numan, one of his most important musical influences, discussed the possibility of collaborating on a project in the near future. The pair performed together during the group’s final concert tour.
