According to a blog from filmmaker Rob Zombie, Mane will be playing Michael Myers in the remake of the classic horror movie Halloween.
Zombie feels that the Canadian actor who played memorable roles in the films The Devil, X-Men and Troy is the perfect man for his new take of Halloween. Zombie explained, "Tyler is mean, lean and ready to bring you the most psychotic Michael Myers yet."
Actor Malcolm McDowell will play the new Doctor Loomis. Halloween is expected to be in theatres on August 31.
