According to the website Contactmusic, Banks has had an interest in adoption since childhood. The young woman claims that she hasn’t simply chosen to follow the examples set by Angelina Jolie and Madonna. The former model has wanted to adopt since she was a little girl.
Banks, 33, explained, "I’ve wanted to adopt since I was eight, nine years old. I don’t have to have a child come from my womb to have a connection. Children that are already born are beautiful to me. I can definitely be a mother to them."
