According to the band’s official website, the disc will include a cover of The Saints Are Coming, by The Skids, which was recorded with Green Day. The collaboration was performed and recorded at London’s Abbey Road Studios.
The CD of 16 songs will be on sale on November 21. Last week, U2 and Green Day performed at the re-opening of the Superdome in New Orleans.
U2’s Vertigo tour is not yet finished. The band will perform on November 7 in Brisbane, Australia.
