The actress, who has lived in London, New York and Los Angeles, is presently maintaining a long distance relationship with Arpad Busson who lives in London. She stated that she does not want to disrupt her children’s lives by moving to the UK.
Thurman, who has two children, ages 9 and 5, with actor Ethan Hawke, explained, "Before I had kids, I would constantly move. I’ve made huge strides for the sake of my dear children so they’re not subject to adolescent homelessness from me."
