Art and culture lovers should mark Saturday, September 26 on their calenders, as 100 museums affliated with the Smithsonian, the largest group of museums in the US, will offer free entry on this day.
The Smithsonian Magazine, dedicated to all museum members, will sponsor this unique event.
To be eligible to enter, potential visitors must fill out a form available on the Museum Day website.
Note that the free admission does not include any of the extras offered at the museums, such as IMAX.
