The newlyweds exchanged vows at Vegas Weddings, a venue known for its unique offerings, including ceremonies performed by Elvis impersonators.
Usher, 45, and Goicoechea, 40, made their romance official on the heels of an eventful weekend for Usher, who also released his ninth studio album, Coming Home, just before the half-time show.
He is also gearing up for his new Past Present Future Tour, due to kick off in August.
