According to Billboard.com, a press conference will be given by Van Halen next week to announce the American tour beginning in October, and including 50 concerts.
The founder of the group, David Lee Roth, will be touring along with Eddie Van Halen, Alex Van Halen, and Eddie Van Halen’s son, Wolfgang on bass.
The last Van Halen tour was in 2004, with singer Sammy Hagar, and made $40 million according to Billboard Boxscore.
It will be the first time in 20 years that Roth, the lead singer of the group goes on tour with the band.
