Made up of former members of Guns N’ Roses, Stone Temple Pilots and Wasted Youth, Velvet Revolver has put their final touches on their second CD, Libertad, which will be released in June.
The band will also be touring to promote their new songs. Beginning on April 10, Velvet Revolver will play the first of six shows in South America. The band will then play eleven American cities before beginning their tour across Europe.
The first disc from Velvet Revolver, Contraband, earned a Grammy Award in 2004 for best rock performance.
