Virgin Atlantic has won the title of best company in the travel industry by the Centre for Brand Analysis.
The airline, owned by British billionaire Richard Branson, was the only company in the tourism sector to be ranked in the top 20 of the famous CoolBrand list published each year.
The result of this independent research, conducted by the Centre for Brand Analysis, was performed on influential opinion formers and the British public. The criteria against which brands are judged include style, innovation, orginality and desirability.
Despite fierce competition, Virgin Atlantic has clearly distinguished itself from the others.
