According to Entertainment Tonight, Fox was arrested Tuesday night when she was driving at an excessive rate of speed in California’s San Fernando Valley. The actress was determined to be incapable of driving her Cadillac, according to a field sobriety test.
Fox, who starred in the film Kill Bill, was given a blood-alcohol test which revealed that she was over the legal limit of 0.08%.
The actress was released by police yesterday morning. A representative for the 42 year-old star has not made any comments on the incident.
