Warner Bros. Pictures has unveiled the first trailer for the film Sherlock Holmes, produced by Guy Ritchie.
Robert Downey Jr. plays the English detective and Jude Law stars as his side-kick, Dr. Watson. The film follows the duo’s new adventures and will lead them to face a new enemy. They will also encounter a new conspiracy that will threaten the entire country.
Actor Mark Strong, who worked with Ritchie on the film RocknRolla, will play the villain, Lord Blackwood. Rachel McAdams will play the woman who captures Holmes’ heart.
The film will be released on December 25.
