In the suspense film, an ace marksman is double-crossed and framed for the presidential assassination he was trying to prevent.
The cast also includes Michael Pena, Danny Glover, Kate Mara, Elias Koteas, Rhona Mitra, Rade Sherbedgia and Ned Beatty.
