The drama is based on the true story of a down-on-his-luck single father, Chris Garnder, who decides to turn his life around with hard work and sacrifices. The 30 year-old unemployed man and his son live in a San Francisco public restroom while he strives for a better life.
The film also stars Thandie Newton and Jaden Smith. The Columbia Pictures project is directed by Gabriele Muccino, and will be in theatres on December 15, 2006. To watch the trailer, click here.
