In New York, at the end of the 1980s, Bobby is a young patron in a nightclub that is at the centre of a Russian drug cartel. A battle begins between the drug mob and the police officers trying to close the operation.
The cast also includes Robert Duvall, Eva Mendes and Alex Veadov.
