Gibson, 53, does not believe that Obama can bring about change during his mandate in the White House. According to the star, the president, "is a man with an impossible task on his hands. Mel Gibson made his big screen return with Edge of Darkness, his first film as an actor since Signs came out in 2002. Gibson also recently appeared in a movie directed by Jodie Foster, The Beaver, also being released this year.
