Jack White indicated that the White Stripes may be stopping their touring for good, but did indicate that the final decision was going to be up to Meg White. The duo had to cancel many concerts because of anxiety problems suffered by White.
Jack White explained in an interview with the Los Angeles Times that the group could continue to work without doing live performances, as the Beatles were doing. He is leaving this decision in White’s hands.
The musician added that a group’s creativity is on many levels, and even when one aspect changes, it does not necessarily affect the group. The White Stripes have gone through many changes since they started their career.
