According to News of the World, the 24 year-old star has signed a few preliminary documents. The pop music singer is planning to separate from her husband, Kevin Federline. A source stated, "It’s a stressful time. Britney has already started seeing lawyers about splitting with Kevin. She is serious about it. She knows she has to get things moving."
At the moment, Spears is pregnant with the couple’s second child. Rumours of divorce have been circulating for several months. The pair welcomed their first child, Sean Preston, last September.
Spears recently posted a poem on her official website entitled Remembrance of Who I am, which included several pointed phrases at her husband.
