Mattias Ferrell was born just after 2 AM on December 30, and both baby and mother are doing well.
Ferrell, 39, and Viveca Paulin were married in 2000. They also have a two year-old son, Magnus.
Ferrell was nominated last month for a Golden Globe for his performance in the film Stranger Than Fiction.
