According to People magazine, the FOX network may be excercising a contract option that will bring the two former friends back for another season.
FOX would be hoping for a season featuring the two as they prepare for their respective weddings, as well as their reconciliation, if it happens.
Hilton, 24, is engaged to Greek shipping heir, Paris Latsis, and Richie, 23, plans to marry DJ Adam Goldstein.
No decisions have been finalized yet, although insiders think season four is on the way.
