The singer, an activist for the Haitian people, has adopted a 3-month old daughter, named Angelina Claudinelle.
It’s not the first time that the former member of the trio the Fugees has come to the aid of his people. He recently made presentations to his friends Tommy Hilfiger, 50 Cent, and boxing promoter Don King to make investments in the country.
He has also given many concerts to raise money for the Haitians.
