Zeta-Jones makes the list

PETA does not appreciate Catherine Zeta-Jones’ clothing choices.

PETA has released its annual Worst Dressed Celebrities list. London.co.uk reports that Catherine Zeta-Jones was crowned PETA’s Worst Dressed for 2010.

The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals says that "her creepy cow-skin pants, ugly fox coat, and icky alligator bag" make her look like she’s "working her way through Noah’s ark with a knife."

The organization adds, "Maybe she’s trying to get into character for an upcoming role as a serial killer – or a taxidermist."

The 40-year old actress is not the only celebrity to make PETA’s 2010 wall of shame. Both Jennifer Lopez and Rihanna are criticized for their outfits often trimmed with fur. A mother-daughter duo occupy two spots on the list, actresses Goldie Hawn and Kate Hudson.

PETA also compares Jessica Simpson’s career to her wardrobe, saying "all resemble her career – dead."

The organization highlights the initiatives of stars it considers more responsible because they do not wear fur. The teacher’s pet list includes Alicia Silverstone, Natalie Portman, Stella McCartney, Charlize Theron and Eva Mendes.
