The Avatar star will be following in the footsteps of other celebrities who have worked with Avon, including Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Hudson.
Saldana, 31, will be featured in ads for the new perfume called Eternal Magic, which was inspired by the rare Princess Monaco Rose. The fragrance will be available in April.
The actress, who played Princess Neytiri in the James Cameron film, Avatar, said, "It means so much to me to be associated with a company that shares my values and believes in empowering women.”
Saldana will also be the face of some other Avon products and will be featured in Avon brochures.
