Evanescence Announces Tour Dates
The four-man band has announced 17 concert dates for North America, before beginning their world tour.
The first performance will take place on October 5 in Toronto, Canada, just two days after the release of their disc, The Open Door. The North American shows will finish on October 29 in San Francisco, before the band travels to Europe.
The 17 shows will take place in small venues, although the band plans to return in 2007 to play in larger arenas. Singer Amy Lee recently spoke about the upcoming tour. "It’s been two years since we stopped touring," Lee said. "So it’s been awhile, and I’m a little nervous, but I’m mostly just excited."
