Halle Berry and Billy Bob Thornton to Reunite for Film

The two stars of the film Monster’s Ball will be starring in the drama by Carl Franklin (Out of Time, Devil in a Blue Dress, High Crimes).

According to Variety, Tulia follows the story of a lawyer who wants to expose racism and corruption in a Texas town.

Filming for Tulia is expected to begin on April 30 in New Orleans.
