Kaiser Chiefs and James Blunt Crowned at the Brit Awards

Kaiser Chiefs were named the band with the Best Show, Best Rock Group, and Best British Group.  James Blunt was recognized with the titles of Best Pop Performance and Best British Singer.  The Arctic Monkeys were named Best New Group.  Coldplay’s song, Speed of Sound, earned the title of Song of the Year.

At the international level, American singer Kanye West was named Best Singer, Green Day was named Best Group, and Jack Johnson was the International Breakthrough Artist.
