Earlier, on April 13, 2026, we reported that Ruby Rose had spoken out on social media to accuse singer Katy Perry of sexual assault.

Now, a representative for Katy Perry has reportedly finally made a public statement to deny the allegations surrounding the star.

“The allegations made by Ruby Rose on social media regarding Katy Perry are not only categorically false,” the representative reportedly told E! News, adding that they are dangerous and irresponsible lies.

The representative reportedly added that Ms. Rose has a well-documented history of posting serious allegations on social media targeting various individuals—claims that have, on numerous occasions, been denied by those directly involved.

A Look Back at the Statements

Additionally, E! News claims to have reached out to Ruby Rose’s team for comment but had not received a response at the time of publication.

It’s worth noting that Ruby Rose made allegations against Katy Perry in the comments section of a Complex Music post on Threads, which reported on the singer’s reaction—while attending Coachella alongside her boyfriend Justin Trudeau—during Justin Bieber’s performance.

“Katy Perry sexually assaulted me at the Spice Market Nightclub in Melbourne. Who cares what she thinks,” she stated.
