Keith Richards Did Not Undergo a Second Operation

This news was distorted by the spokesperson for the artist.  Certain British papers printed that the guitarist had complications and would need a second operation.

An official spokeperson commented that Richards’ operation was "100% successful." He emphasized, "There was no brain damage, he continues to improve as expected."

Richards required surgery after falling out of a palm tree during his vacation in Fiji.
