Madonna Buys An English Pub

According to People magazine, the Hung Up singer and her husband bought the 18th century pub called Punchbowl for $2.5 million.

A friend close to the singer said that Madonna and her husband are regular patrons of the pub.  The source said, "Madonna loves the beer and Guy meets all his pals down there. They have been desperate to own this place for a long time and have been making offers on it for ages. Now it has finally happened."
