Mel B Blocking Return of Spice Girls

Bob Geldof, organizer of Live 8, revealed this Spice Girls news. He is still hoping to be able to convince the group to be present at this London concert on July 2.

Geldof also revealed that he had called Mel B last weekend.  The singer is now working in California, and does not seem to want to go backwards.

Live 8 will be a concert on July 2 done in cities including, London, Philadelphia, Paris, Rome, Berlin, Tokyo, Toronto, Johannesburg and Cornwall.

These free admission concerts are being done to encourage rich countries to participate in the G8 in Scotland, which is discussing the need to cancel the debts of Third World countries.
