Fans of popular culture can already mark their calendars: the 16th edition of the event will take place from July 3 to 5, 2026, at the Palais des congrès de Montréal. Once again, the event promises to transform downtown Montreal into a true paradise for fans of movies, TV shows, video games, anime, manga, and cosplay.

Peacemaker Cast Members Are Coming to Montreal

This year, several new guests from the Peacemaker universe are joining the lineup. Among them is Robert Patrick, known as much for his role as Auggie Smith in Peacemaker as for his iconic T-1000 in Terminator 2: Judgment Day. Visitors will also have the chance to meet Steve Agee, who plays John Economos in Peacemaker and The Suicide Squad, as well as Nhut Le, aka Judomaster.

Actress Sol Rodriguez will also be making an appearance in Montreal. In addition to her role in Peacemaker, she has also appeared in Star Trek: Picard.

A Friday the 13th Legend is Expected

Horror fans will also be treated to a major appearance by Kane Hodder, famous for playing Jason Voorhees in several films in the Friday the 13th franchise, including The New Blood, Jason Takes Manhattan, and Jason X.

These new names join an already packed lineup that includes Giancarlo Esposito, Ron Perlman, Lea Thompson, Robert Englund, Tyler Hoechlin, Tyler Posey, and Neil Newbon.

A host of activities for fans

As every year, Comiccon will feature a massive merchandise hall filled with collectibles, manga, comic books, figurines, and exclusive items. Visitors will also be able to enjoy autograph and photo sessions with celebrities, attend conferences and panels, explore Artist Alley, and check out several areas dedicated to gaming and cosplay.

The popular costume contest La Mascarade will also be back, as will the Sketch Duel, where artists compete live in front of the audience. The event will also host the KPOP LIVE! EXPERIENCE, a program that attracts many fans of Korean culture every year.

Since its inception, Montreal Comic-Con has become one of the largest events of its kind in Canada, drawing tens of thousands of visitors annually. With meet-and-greets with stars, geeky discoveries, and spectacular cosplay, the 2026 edition is already shaping up to be a must-see for pop culture fans.
