More Difficulties for Lindsay Lohan

Lohan, who is currently in a detoxification centre for the second time in months, is being sued by a rental car company for having crashed into one of their vehicles.

Gradeur Inc. is suing the starlet for the accident, which took place on October 4, 2005.  The company is asking for $3,600 for hitting the parked van.

At the time of the incident, Lohan was being pursued by the paparazzi.  She hit the vehicle after making an illegal u-turn, and was transported to a hospital.
