Nicole Kidman Case Dropped

Jamie Fawcett, 41, is a photographer who was accused in January of 2005 of placing spying material inside the Australian residence of the actress.  The man was taken into custody by Sydney police for trying to intercept conversations between the actress and her staff.

The charges were dropped when the New South Wales Supreme Court decided that there was not sufficient evidence to continue with the case.  Fawcett said as he left the court house, "I don’t have any opinion whatsoever about Miss Kidman, other than to wish her all the best."

Kidman was not present at the court house.
