Paris Hilton To Stay Away

Tuesday, a judge approved a demand filed by Brian Quintana, 37, who said that Hilton wants him dead.

Quintana said that he has known the star for three years, and was the person who introduced her to Stavros Niarchos in September, 2004.  Quintana went on to say that their friendship soured when he told Niarchos that Hilton had a sexually transmitted disease.  On December 29, he filed paperwork to obtain a restraining order from Hilton, stating that she had put a hit out on him.

A spokesperson for Hilton laughed at the accusations made by Quintana.  Hilton’s lawyer said, "She doesn’t wish to have anything to do with this man."
