Rolling Stones Have the Lead in Music Earnings

According to this magazine, the Stones that did a weekend concert in Rio de Janeiro with more than one million spectators, made over 245 million dollars.

U2 came in second, with its Vertigo tour, that made 219 million dollars.

Forbes added that these two groups have an additional income from the sales of CDs, and other promotional items.
