The Beatles Plan to Sue EMI

According to the BBC, the legendary band claims that the company pocketed millions of dollars in royalties.

Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and the estates of George Harrison and John Lennon are hoping to win back their money, which equals nearly $25 million US.  The suit also asks that the original recordings of songs made by the group in Liverpool will also be returned.

This is not the first time that the Beatles have had legal issues with their label.  In 1979, the band won $20 million in unpaid royalties.
