Three more Avatar sequels confirmed

It was during an interview on Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace that James Cameron, the writer and director of the two Avatar films, confirmed sequels!

In fact, The Way of the Water and Avatar 3 were shot simultaneously, and it looks like movies 4 and 5 are about to be ready, according to Cameron.

If logic holds, the third installment should be released in December 2024 and it will feature the « Ash people » of Pandora, a clan not as nice as one might think.

Let’s remember that the first Avatar released in 2009 is the most profitable movie of all time. In the case of Avatar: The Way of Water, it ranks 7th all time only 25 days after its release.
