According to Us Weekly, Abdul came close to losing her job this week because of her antics on the set.  Reports of Abdul’s crying spells and arriving late for meetings were the top issues that executives were considering.

A representative for Abdul says that Abdul is "always a joy on the set and everyone loves her."
