Jennifer Aniston Confirms Her Surgery

In an interview with People magazine, the star addressed rumours of cosmetic surgery.  Aniston explained, "I had [a deviated septum] fixed – best thing I ever did. I slept like a baby for the first time in years."

Regarding other rumours of body enhancement, Aniston says, "As far as all the other [rumors], as boring as it sounds, it’s still mine. All of it. Still mine."

The actress will also be making a guest appearance on the television series Dirt, with her former Friends co-star Courteney Cox.  Aniston will play a lesbian who shares a kiss with Cox’s character.  Aniston says, "It’s a good-bye kiss. I don’t honestly think people want to see Rachel and Monica have at it."

Daniel Radcliffe Poses Nude

The 17 year-old star, who is best known for his title role of Harry Potter, was photographed in the nude to promote the play which will be performed in a London theatre.

Equus, by Peter Schaffer, will begin on February 27.  Radcliffe will play Alan Sprang, an adolescent who is being treated by a psychiatrist for his obsession with horses. 

In addition to appearing nude, Radcliffe will also have a sex scene in the play.

Will The Departed Get a Sequel?

According to the Hollywood Reporter, talks have already started that could result in a sequel.

Scorsese, whose film, which was nominated five times for the upcoming Oscar Awards, is already working on the script.  The story will centre on Dignam, played by Mark Wahlberg, and will introduce a new character to be played by Robert De Niro.

A sequel for The Departed, which was a remake of the Hong Kong film Internal Affairs, must be approved by Scorsese.

Warner Studios is looking into options for two sequels for the film.

Jennifer Lopez Wins A Battle

The Supreme Court is forcing Noa to go into arbitration with Lopez, and will not be releasing his tell-all book.

Lopez, 36, was furious when she learned that her ex was planning to write a book that would reveal intimate details of their life together.  According to documents presented during a deposition, Lopez had cheated on Noa several times during their brief marriage, including one affair with singer Marc Anthony, to whom Lopez is now married.

The judge ordered both sides to appear in court again on July 30 to discuss the progress of their arbitration.

Brandy Is Charged

The lawsuit was filed Tuesday in Los Angeles by the parents of Awatif Aboudihaj.  According to the official documents, "Brandy Norwood was driving recklessly in the freeway when her car collided with Awatif Aboudihaj’s car."

Monday, the state of California recommended that Brandy be charged with involuntary manslaughter.

Last December 30, the 27 year-old singer was driving on California’s highway 405 when she collided into another car, which began a multi-car accident.

Hugh Grant Left Off Invite List

According to Britain’s ITV, Grant will not be attending the wedding of his former girlfriend.  The Notting Hill star responded, "That’s not surprising. I don’t think many people invite their ex when they get married, so I’m not at all bitter, and there’s no bad feeling or weirdness, we’re just not invited."

Grant, 46, and Hurley split in the year 2000.  The actor has been dating Jemima Khan for two and a half years.

The Police To Reunite

Sting, Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland will take the stage at the Grammy Awards on February 11.

Fans have been waiting for years to see the trio reunite.  2007 marks the 30th anniversary of the song "Roxanne", which was the band’s first hit in North America.

Will There Be a Poltergeist Sequel?

According to the website PoltergeistIII.com, MGM management has been working for a while on a sequel to the 1982 film.  They hope to announce the project soon.

The original film, written by Steven Spielberg, cost more than $10 million to make before earning more than $120 million in profits.

Two other sequels created in 1986 and 1988, did not share the same success as the first film.

Paris Hilton Is Not Laughing

Monday, a lawsuit was filed by attorneys for the heiress against Parisexposed.com.

The website, which has only been open since January 23, features videos, private photographs, and intimate journal and other possessions of the starlet.

The 25 year-old wants to close the website, which collects $39.97 for each person who wants to view the items.  In a statement, Hilton explained, "I was appalled to learn that people are exploiting my and my sisters’ (sic) private personal belongings for commercial gain."

Avril Lavigne to Release New CD

The CD, entitled The Best Damn Thing, will be preceeded by the single "Girlfriend", according to Billboard magazine.

The magazine also revealed the title of a few other songs included in the collection.  Lavigne’s fans will soon be introduced to the songs "I Can Do Better, When You’re Gone", "Everything Back But You" and "The Best Damn Thing".

The 22 year-old singer wrote 15 songs for the new disc.  Lavigne also collaborated with her husband, Sum 41 singer Deryk Whibley.
