Madonna’s Exceptional Performance

The warm weather was the first indication that the evening would be hot, as Madonna took the stage at Montreal’s Bell Centre.  The music icon offered a high-quality show, including dramatic performances mixed with an exciting multi-media show.  The concert was a thrill from the first notes.

From the giant disco ball, to the enormous crucifix, with dancers as acrobatic as elegant, the singer’s first show on Canadian soil fulfilled everyone’s appetites.

The star performed the successful songs from her recent album, but also included several other hits from throughout her career.

Though she didn’t speak to the audience much during the show, Madonna knew that her fans were in Montreal to see her, and not the Grand Prix race, which will take place this weekend.

No doubt about it, Madonna is like good wine.  After a thirteen year absence from the city, the star proved that she is still one of the hottest stars today.  That’s great news for the lucky people holding tickets for tonight’s second show.
