Cameron Diaz’s Legal Battle Over

A Los Angeles judge ruled in favour of Diaz, who said that the photos were taken before she became famous, and wishes that they will not be published.

The photographer, John Rutter, tried to sell the pictures back to Diaz at a price of $3.3 million.  He was found guilty last July for attempted larceny.

This time, the judge denied Rutter’s request for $10 million for a breach of contract with Diaz.  In addition to refusing his demand, the judge put a permanent injunction on the photographs, which will never be permitted for public use.  Rutter must also pay the legal fees for Diaz.

Pink has been very busy finishing her next CD, I’m Not Dead.  Hart has also been busy with his competitions.  Pink said, "I’ve seen Carey three times since the honeymoon. But our relationship’s been like that the whole time we’ve been together. We’ve been going out for four of five years and we would just meet in hotel rooms. Now we do the whole webcam thing."

The singer does, however, worry that someone else can view their private conversations.  She said, "I get a little paranoid that I’ll press the wrong button and it’ll end up on my dad’s computer."
