Sienna Miller Was Overshadowed by Jude Law

According to ContactMusic, the 24 year-old American actress said that her relationship with the well-known actor was ruining her career.  Miller felt that directors were avoiding her because of all the negative publicity surrounding her.

Miller said, "I’ve only just begun getting interesting roles, so there was always the risk that being involved with a much more established and well-known actor such as Jude would tend to overshadow whatever work I was getting."

She added, "And obviously what happened got me a lot of attention – but not the kind you want."

Mariah Carey to Team with Janet Jackson

According to MTV, it is producer Jermaine Dupri’s idea.  Dupri is also Jackson’s boyfriend and the producer of Carey’s The Emancipation of Mimi.

Dupri told MTV, "That’s been on my mind for a couple weeks now.  The hardest part is figuring out a song that fits both of them, because you have two different styles of artists, and the thing when you’re dealing with divas is you don’t want to overshadow either one, so if you were to do a song for them, it would have to work where both of them would feel they were on the same pedestal, or else someone’s gonna have a problem."

Mariah Carey recorded When You Believe in 1998 with Whitney Houston.

Pink Floyd Will Not Be Touring

According to the BBC, guitarist and singer Dave Gilmour said, "certain sections of the media have deliberately misled fans. We are telling fans directly this is not happening".

The rumours began after a story was written in the Sunday Mirror that the group had reserved two concert dates at London’s Royal Albert Hall.

The story seemed to have a bit of truth, particularly because the band had recently reunited for the Live 8 concert in London last July.  It was the first time the band appeared together live with Roger Waters in 24 years.
