Paris Hilton in Hot Water

Baltimore authorities confirmed that they are investigating allegations that Paris Hilton was offering drugs and alcohol to minors.

According to the police, this investigation is being taken seriously, and the star could face a prison sentence if she is found guilty.

These events would have taken place during the filming of the reality show The Simple Life: Interns.

Hilton apparently offered marijuana and bourbon to teenagers.  One of the teens contacted the police.

Producers of the television show from 20th Century Fox, insist that these allegations are false.

Jessica Alba, The Perfect Wife

According to ContactMusic, the 24 year old actress from the movie Fantastic Four, has been into children and cooking since she was young.

Alba admitted, "I like weddings. I’ve looked at baby and bridal mags since I was 15. I also love cooking magazines."

The actress is dating an assistant director, and will be in the movie Into the Blue, that will be in theatres on September 30.

Concert for Bangladesh Now Available on DVD

This show was an initiative of former Beatle George Harrison.  It will be released along with a CD on October 25.

For collectors, a deluxe edition will be available.  In this edition, there is a handwritten note by George Harrison, a postcard, a sticker, and a poster from the original show.

Concert for Bangladesh was presented at Madison Square gardens in New York to raise money for Bangladesh refugees.

Among the artists that participated in this event were George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Ringo Starr, Ravi Shankar, Billy Preston, Badfinger and Leon Russell.

The Concert for Bangladesh Revisited 2005 DVD, presents 99 minutes of the actual show, additional songs, and a 45 minute documentary.

Metallica Invited to the Simpson Home

According to their official website, the band members are heading to the studio to record their voices for an episode of the show, which should be televised in May, 2006.

Metallica joins a number of artists who have been featured on the show including Blink-182, Mick Jagger, ‘NSYNC, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Aerosmith, Elvis Costello, Sonic Youth, Cypress Hill, Smashing Pumpkins and Bette Midler.

Kate Moss Continues to Lose

Many of the comapanies that Moss is under contract with have been terminating their agreements with her, including H&M, Burberry and Chanel.  The 31 year-old star is losing many of her contracts after a story, including photographs, about her cocaine use has hit the papers.  The Daily Mirror published the article that showed her using the drug at a recording session with her boyfriend.

A representative from Rimmel said, "Rimmel London is shocked and dismayed by the recent press allegations surrounding Kate Moss‘ behavior. We are currently reviewing her contract."

Furthermore, Scotland Yard has announced that they are opening a case to investigate the extent of the model’s actions.

Chris Martin Dreams of Country

In an interview with IOL, the singer revealed that he is interested in many types of music.  He would like to work with Garth Brooks, Kanye West, and legendary hip-hop star, Timbaland.

The 28-year-old says: "Country is a very sleeping beast within us. We have two things we’re not allowed to do – country and rap – just because of where we’re from.

"So I think they’ll rear their heads at some point in the future. In fact, I think the only future for music is if you bring together the most disparate worlds.

"That would be an album between Garth Brooks, Coldplay and Kanye West and produced by Timbaland."

Anna Nicole Smith Talks About Her Surgeries

The model made the confession to ContactMusic and said that the surgeries were necessary after giving birth to her son in 1986.

The 37 year-old star explained, "I went up to 211 (pounds) so I stretched to double-Fs, and when I lost all the weight I went way back down, except my skin didn’t. It was not pretty."

The voluptuous blonde underwent surgery for size C breasts, but didn’t like the results.  Next she opted for size D, and back again for DD, then finally settled on size F breasts.

Garbage Takes a Break

According to the Melbourne Herald Sun, the group will begin their break after the end of their tour on October 1.

Singer for the group, Shirley Manson, confirmed the news, "We’re taking a hiatus — I don’t know if we’re calling it a day."

Rumours of a break-up have been circulating since the group cancelled their European tour.  Band members have confirmed that they weren’t getting along well during the recording of their disc Bleed Like Me.

Silver: The Best of the Box is a collection of songs from the grunge band.  The record label has also announced that there will be three songs recorded by the late Kurt Cobain that have never been released.  The song titles are not yet known.

Troubles Mount for Kate Moss

After allegations that Moss is a cocaine user in the Daily Mirror, the prestigious companies have decided they no longer want the services from the model.

Burberry announced Wednesday that they are ending their publicity campaign with Moss.

The French company Chanel has also announced that they do not plan to renew their contract with Moss when it expires next month.

Recently an article was published with photographs of the supermodel using cocaine at a recording studio with her boyfriend.  H&M was the first to announce the split with Moss, ending a contract that was estimated to be worth $1.8 million.

At the moment, the model is still under contracts with Rimmel and Dior.
